Night visit by the Trade Department of the HCMC government on two wholesale markets. You can see the TE-FOOD security seals on the truck and on the pig halves. The seals on the trucks identify the transport, and prove the transport had been intact during the travel. The information connected to the seals contain all past information about the meat. All seals have unique QR codes to be scanned by the TE-FOOD mobile app in order to read information and add a new business operation (e.g. receiving the transport at the wholesale market). All business operations are authenticated on #blockchain. $TONE
